In these daily meetings, our teams reflect on our values, our daily safety dialogue and on topics of Inclusion and Diversity, talking about concepts and prejudices and how in the routine of our teams each professional can contribute and respect the diversity among people.

PROFESSIONALSDATABASE

The Professional Databases aim to equip Splenda Leaders so they can streamline people management — especially recruitment and succession processes — boost Trainee performance, and identify and monitor Official Coaches.

SPLENDA has four Professional Databases:

  • PRE-SELECTED DATABASE
  • To have pre-selected candidates ready to join the company. This database is managed by the APE — Unit Manager.

    These are candidates already selected in the region, interviewed, who meet the necessary requirements for the UNOP position.

    In most cases, the pre-selected database is formed by candidates referred by someone on the team, speeding up the hiring process.

    Pride in the company starts from the very beginning, which is why this database is extremely important for building the UNOP team.

  • SUCCESSION DATABASE
  • We value and encourage the internal promotion of our Professionals. That is why we identify in our Teams the Professionals who can be promoted because they possess the Technical Skills and Behavioral Competencies/Attitudes required to take on a new role.

    This database is strategic for retaining internal talent and growing with people already in the company.

    This database is managed by all levels of the company's organizational structure: Board of Directors, AGE, AME, and APE.

  • TRAINEE DATABASE
  • This database aims to train and develop Nutritionist Professionals, in accordance with the TGS — Splenda Management Technology, to manage restaurants in the role of APE — Contract Manager.

    Under the guidance of an APE Talento (qualified to train a new APE), the Trainee finds better conditions to develop their spirit of service, team spirit, and entrepreneurial mindset.

    Early on, the APE Trainee discovers that their future depends on their performance, which can lead them to positions of increasing responsibility and fulfillment.

    The APE Trainee formation period is ninety days, learning by doing alongside a qualified APE.

    Given the importance of this database, it is managed by the AGE — Regional Director, from hiring through to completion of training.

  • OFFICIAL COACHES DATABASE
  • This database aims to identify professionals in the Micro-region who will be responsible for transferring knowledge to other colleagues in the role they perform with excellence.

    This database is managed by the AME, who encourages learning on the job in their area of operation.
